Bio

Every artist has a journey, and for the best in the business, it is the challenges they face along the way that define them and allow them to evolve and learn their craft. For rapper, singer-songwriter, engineer and producer Excluzive, those struggles have shaped the career of a man making all the right moves in the recording industry today.
From the streets to the club, the artist based out of Georgia has been making promises to himself that he has been determined to keep. Those promises were made through being raised in the system and making himself a shining example to his family and those around him. A foster kid who has ten brothers and sisters, his survival story is one of tenacity and truth with a fundamental desire to pursue his dreams.
Growing up on a heady diet of Timbaland and Magoo, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and many more, the music reached deep into his soul, leading to a life dedicated to spitting rhymes and creating sounds. Combined with his Grandma’s love of Gospel, he set about merging his influences of Hip Hop, Rap, Down-South Rap, Alternative Pop, R&B, Soulful and the grittier edge of Hardcore.
The twists and turns of his life have allowed him to develop a tight lyrical flow, blended with sublime vocals and organic beats that are grabbing the attention of audiences everywhere. However, it was not always this way. His first experiences as a recording artist happened in his car. He recorded all his material in his vehicle, laying down tunes on cassette tapes and sharing them with local DJs.
One of those people who greatly inspired him to step up his game was Atlanta’s DJ Redd Dread. He mentored Excluzive and directed him to improve his tracks, move out of the car and build a sound that reflected his talent. Booking studio time in South Atlanta, he tried time and again to find those unique elements which would set him apart from the rest, but the final product always fell tantalisingly short of his vision.
That is until now! Launching his own label Maximum Potential Music Group and spending the green to take his music up a notch, 2021 was the year he stamped his authority on the industry, but it is in 2022 where he has cemented his reputation as an artist on the rise. Releasing ‘Why You Do That’ and his latest ‘From The Ghetto’ in quick succession, there is no doubt that he is fulfilling those promises he made to himself in every way imaginable.
