🔥I am the CEO of the only major Telemedicine, Virtual Wellness, and Covid 19 Testing and Response company in the U.S. which is minority owned. Our advanced and proprietary technology addresses the needs of patients' preventative, wellness, and primary care. We are also engaged in responsible clinical trials aimed at addressing health disparities among the lower income and socially marginalized segments of our global society. I am the co-author of The Equal Health Care for All Act, a landmark piece of legislation which is an expansion of civil rights protections against race bias in medicine soon to be reintroduced in the House and Senate. I use my skills as a prior policy advocate and pair them with my present role as a CEO and Chief Innovation Officer to foster the intersectionality of policy, technology, and philanthropy with the sole focus being to drive radically improved conditions for Blacks, Latinos, Native Americans, and those of other protected classes pushed to the margins by institutional racism and bias. My social equity work is both domestic and abroad having just expanded our company's efforts into Africa, Latina America, and the Caribbean.

I have extensive access to capital sources and have completed over $4.1 billion dollars in transactions (updated and corrected). I am a proud board member of Wells Fargo Community Banking and Tax Credit Group having created 100s of thousands of well paying jobs in low income communities throughout the country through investment.
