With over ten years of corporate training experience, a hunger for making meaningful connections with audiences and an insatiable appetite for helping others maximize their potential, Ashley know how to rock a platform, connect with a crowd, and provide education so that others can effectively do the same.

Ashley is the wife of her high school sweetheart Nelson of 19 years and together they have 2 teenage sons. Ashley learned the value of dedication at an early age growing up in Lake Charles, Louisiana as a teenage mother at the age of 17. Despite the setback of becoming a teenage mother, Ashley graduated high school and further her education in Nursing. She is currently the founder and CEO of Exceptional Healthcare Staffing which currently staff over 300 CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. Exceptional Healthcare Staffing deployed over 100 healthcare providers to assist in staffing shortages during the pandemic, Hurricane Laura, and Hurricane Delta in 2020. Ashley is the CEO and founder of Created for Greatness Academy which have multiple programs including our popular program “60 days to 6 figures” which we teach individuals on how to boss up and create 6 figures within 60 days based on our step by step approach. Ashley is the Co-Author in Les Brown's book, "Ignite the Hunger in You and the Visionary Author along with Legendary Les Brown in “Created for Greatness” which is a book anthology that includes 20 women who share on how they overcame obstacles and challenges and stepped into their greatness.

Ashley is also the founder of "Girl...You were created for this" empowerment program which creates a space for women of all ages to overcome challenges that may face and create a life that will outlive them.
