Bio

I am a Brazilian plural artist, ecofeminist, yoga and mindfulness instructor. A sustainability activist and a herbalist. I am a witch, a daughter of the moon, a healer and a body therapist. An art and movement director, economist and performer, animal and nature lover.
I research the body as a tool for self-knowledge and for building new forms of relationships with the world through experiences that go beyond rationality and reason and invite other senses to rise. My work is an invitation to decolonize the body, to expand our capacity to feel, to rescue our essences, authenticities and wisdom and to deeply connect with nature, with Earth, while challenging colonial and patriarchal existing structures .
