Being an angry black woman is a movement. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Anyone who is not angry about the daily injustices we as POC have to endure is simply not paying attention. I find contentment in my outrage. A joy in my hostility towards those who make a concerted effort to destroy our history and then appropriate our culture.
Contented outrage is where peace and rage converge.
