Stress Hacker | Meditation Teacher | Founder of agoy - creator of the Gecko Next-Gen Yoga Towel.
I’m a well-being advocate who started out as a UK based yoga teacher and sold over 3.5 million yoga DVD’s across 19 titles. I’m also a TedX speaker with a talk entitled The Art of Lifestyle Medicine. More recently my work focuses on helping people manage stress with a simple, intuitive meditation technique I developed called Body-Based Mindfulness.
Oh.. and back in 2000 I also started a yoga product company called “agoy” where I’m still co-owner, creative director & principal designer.
