Mathematician interested in orthogonal polynomials and special functions. Recently q-series, q-hypergeometric functions and integral representation methods for basic hypergeometric orthogonal polynomials. Fundamental solutions of Laplace-Beltrami and other elliptic operators and their natural eigenfunction expansions on highly symmetric Riemannian manifolds such as rank one symmetric spaces.
