maintenance level for 21 years.

- Prepare the yearly / monthly demand plan for aircraft spare parts.
- Manage the spare parts technical ages and their consumption on aircrafts.
-Supervise the Quality Audit system including master audit schedule and coordination
of all internal and external audits to ensure effective corrective action is developed,
implemented and verified.

- Provide reporting of audit results and facilitate the annual Management Quality
Review.

- Review the quality policy and objectives in accordance with ISO 9001/2008.
- Study of technical modifications on aircraft and optional equipment.
- Perform quality inspections on engines before, after and during installation on
aircraft.
- Follow up the implementation of standard operations on aircraft and parts and
immerse tests.
- Ensure that Safety and Quality are a primary focus of the Quality Assurance.
- Follow up the execution of Health & safety occupational system in work place.
- Execute more than 8 Practical experience training of fire fighting plan.
- Follow up the instructions of tool handling program in aircraft workshop.
- Determining the technical employment required for technical department.
- Planning and follow-up of the implementation of training programs for
technical employment
- Sent more than 300 RFQ for aircrafts spare parts and overhaul lines.
- Made a (Contract review) for more than 16 contracts.
- Sent more than 250 purchase order for aircrafts spare parts and overhaul lines. ىىى
- Prepare material demand plan for TCI and also overhaul lines.
