I am the Founder and CEO of Sarosh Consulting and the India partner for ROI Institute®. I am an ATD Master Trainer™, who has twice received the Most Fabulous Training & Development Leaders (2020 & 2021) award by the World HRD Congress.

I’ve been a part of the L&D community for over 17 years. In this duration, I’ve worked for multinational organizations like Wipro Ltd., HERE Technologies, IKS Health leading various L&D teams across geographies.

With a passion for L&D, I’ve experience in different roles in various L&D verticals. I’ve delivered over 25,000 hours of training on various topics including but not limited to technical, TTT, leadership, soft skills, customer service, behavioral training, etc. with high Business Impact.
