I am a God-favored wife, mother of four adulting heartbeats, grandma, and author.
After being diagnosed with Bipolar disorder in 2004 while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree, I discovered my passion for Peer Support and speaking hope, healing, and recovery to anyone living with mental health diagnoses and their families and loved ones.
I’m an advocate for hope, encouragement, and recovery, which made Hope Speaks the perfect name for my small business.
