Currently, I am managing retail advisory/consulting companies based in Hong Kong:
- K-Style Lab: Provides a turn-key solution to retailers to launch pop-up stores
- ALEJ Limited: A retail consulting firm that focuses on assisting retailers and brands in forming and executing their retail expansion plan and operation strategy in APAC region
- In addition, I work with Bain & Co. as an external advisor for retail sector
