For 30 years I’ve helped women use strength training and nutrition to feel noticeable better in 10 days or less, with a complete transformation from mediocre to strong, tight, and unstoppable in 90 days.

On a mission to improve the number of women strength training around the world. Physical strength translates to personal power.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, but “grew up” in New York City, before finding my heart in Los Angeles. As most things come full circle, I am currently exploring life back in Pennsylvania for a little while.
