Born in Kasigui, Penampang, Sabah of mixed parentage.
A nature lover, an environmentalist and civic activist.
Awarded the Tokoh Sivik Sabah 1987 & Tokoh Alam Sekar Sabah 2003.
Founder President of Sabah Environmental Protection Association (SEPA) 1984.
Co-initiator & Co-founder of Sabah Environmental Centre in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment.(EAC) 1997.
Worked as Managing director and Chief Executive Officer in State and Private Corporations in the business of property development, financing and venture capital investments.
Served as a Councillor in MPKK.
A Trustee in Malaysian Timber Certification Council.
Panel Member of the Institute of Development Studies Sabah.
Panel Member of Environmental Impact Assessment Committee.
