Hilary Trudell on Clubhouse

Bio

Hilary Trudell is a facilitator, story coach, and educator with more than 15 years of experience in the field of public service and the arts. She specializes In facilitation, strategic planning, team building, story coaching, production, and creating a space for productive collaboration. Hilary currently serves as the executive producer for The Yarn, a community-based storytelling initiative that emphasizes partnership and sharing lived experiences to break down barriers and form stronger communities. To date, The Yarn has produced 20 shows highlighting lived experiences of Arkansans. Hillary has personally coached over 200 storytellers to deliver their unique narratives with impact. Hilary also works as the director of local programming and regional outreach at the Clinton School of Public Service. Through this role Hilary facilitates the first fieldwork experience that students encounter through the Clinton School of Public Service’s Master of Public Service program. This work includes developing and facilitating partnerships between local organizations and student teams, teaching a nine month experiential learning course, and thinking strategically about better ways to meet community needs.
