Proposing an international conference on peace, development and disarmament issues, to be held in Urayasu and Ichikawa Cities, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, paying the way for facilitating a negotiated peace of a war in Ukraine, a post-war regional & global security, arms control, disarmament and economic development framework. Please support (i) a successful state union building as a ‘Great Ukrainian Union’ which consists of nuclear weapon free & peaceful cities for all Ukrainians, (ii) an extended grain export deal to both European & Indo-Pacific states, via Siberian railway & Chinese ports etc., (iii) rebuilding a post-INF Treaty architecture which includes China, (iv) a joint R&D/operation of a laser defense system & non-nuclear capable means of deliveries e.g. F-35 Lightning II-B/ATARS for a ceasefire management & reducing nuclear threats/the role of nuclear weapons, and (v) global green transportation/logistics infrastructure development initiative.
