As a social worker, my goal is to meet my clients where they are with the goal of getting them to where they desire to be. Through rapport building and a tailored approach, counseling can be a life changing experience. I lean more towards an integrative and humanistic approach to therapy as each client is unique and treatments should reflect this diversity.
