She graduated from the University of Denver in 1999 with a B.S.B.A in Finance.

After moving to San Diego from Denver in 1999, she enrolled in the University of San Diego Graduate level Paralegal Program and completed her Paralegal degree in 2000 with an emphasis in Business and Environmental law.

Hilary worked in various facets of the law including medical malpractice, employment law, workers compensation, insurance defense during the last 20 years since graduating from Paralegal school.

Her daughter, Maddie, has been in special education for 8 years. Due to the involvement in Special Education, she’s learned a lot about Special Education law.

Hilary has held an active CA Real Estate license since 2006. She has held various positions in both the sales side and operations sides of Real Estate and Mortgages over the last 15 years.

She served on the Board of Women's Council of Realtors, SDAR's YPN, and Grievance committees.

She has also been involved in the Junior League of San Diego and Delta Gamma Fraternity Alumnae Group. She also served on the founding Board of Rady's Children's Hospital Auxiliary Unit-Coronado.



Randy and Hilary now use their experience in multi industries to help business coaching clients improve their business sales and efficiency using automation.
