The world seems to be turning upside down, and it feels like it’s coming apart all around the edges! Struggling to find peace is common place in such a collective that you can feel pain and anxiety and fear in the air. But…there is a way to find peace!!
Gratitude!!!! I practice intentionally being thankful every day!! It releases “feel good” chemicals into your brain that changes your mood, raises your vibration, and causes you to feel Happy!! 😁

Gratitude is the key to having the life of your dreams!

What I do: I daily write down at least three things that I’m grateful for. I do it in the morning, first thing, so that I am in control of my day, and not my day in control of me!

Take control of your day, and practice gratitude first!!

My desire is to be a Beacon of Love! If there is no love, there is no peace, and so many are in need of peace! If there is no peace, there is no love and so many are in need of love!
