Mental well-being: I am an advocate for mental and physical abuse recognition and recovery. It is one of my favorite topics to discuss. Sadly this type of treatment is a silent killer of many individuals that leaves them paralyzed in life and hope for the future. Thru my own experiences and study I hope to help people break free from their mental prison after this type of treatment. Helping them build their self confidence and alleviate fear of the future.
