Bio

Who is Perihan Sadikoglu?
She graduated from Marmara University Painting Teaching Department of Graphic Art. She studied business administration in English for a year. Later, she graduated from Yeditepe University Plastic Arts Department with honors. In 2005, she became one of the Founders and a Board Member of the Istanbul Museum of Modern Arts. She went to Egypt in 2003. In 2006, he wrote his thesis on Extensions of Ancient Egypt to Contemporary Art. In 2007, her master's thesis turned into the book "The Effects of Ancient Egypt from the Historical Flow to the Present". In 2007, she participated in the Alexandria Biennale, the official opening of the Egyptian Cultural Attaché with her paintings. In 2008, she became the official guest of the Egyptian Embassy. She participated in painting exhibitions in America, England, Greece and Italy. She became a member of Circle deOrient in İstanbul 2018. As of 2000, she participated in 13 personal and nearly 100 group exhibitions. She became an Honorary Member of the Istanbul Women Painters Association (established in memory of the First Woman Painter Mihri Müşfik), Egyptian Cultural Association. In 2018, the novel 'The Hieroglyphic Diary of the Peri’s' was published. And also the First Turkish Hieroglyphic Dictionary in Ottoman Turkish has been translated into today's Turkish and will be published soon. It also has an Egyptology dictionary. Sadıkoğlu Building Construction and Perisa Building Construction became partners. She also became one of the 102 Pioneer women in the Erenköy Girls High Schools Association. She also received art therapy and painting analysis trainings as of 2021. She takes training in fairy tale therapy, Mindfullnes and Game therapy.
As a professional painter in Turkey, she will volunteer to take the first steps of initiating art therapy education in reintegrating children and women into business life. Online and live work will start soon.
