Bio
Heidi began her real estate career in 1998 in Charlotte, NC. She began at Prudential Carolinas Realty and was Rookie of The Year that year, selling 38 homes. In 1999 she moved onto RE/MAX where she quickly grew a team, TeamHeidi. TeamHeidi was consistently recognized in the top 10 in the NC/SC/FL RE/MAX region and their best year they sold 436 homes. After 11 years of being a top producing team at RE/MAX, Heidi decided to open her own firm, Hines & Associates Realty. She grew this firm to 65 agents and later ERA Realty purchased Hines & Associates. Heidi and her team, once again flourished at ERA. In 2018 Heidi was approached by several agents about eXp Realty, the fastest growing real estate company in North America. After researching eXp Realty Heidi decided to move her team in 2019. Today TeamHeidi operates in the Greater Charlotte NC area and Heidi recently married Dion Durbin and relocated to Henderson NV where she is actively expanding her real estate business.
