In my practice I offer prevention and treatment through Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle advice. This body and mindwork can be supplemented with yoga therapy in which I can give tailor-made yoga exercises for extra mental and physical changes. With the coaching from the yoga philosophy and present child method, supported by reiki treatments, I help people lovingly and safely to get their state of mind clear in order to shine as it is intended.

💫 Through a uniquely selected homeopathic remedy I treat a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. It can help clear emotional blocks that have led to the physical condition people appeal with.
