I am a Business and Leadership Coach delivering fresh thinking coaching to ambitious business leaders.

I support my clients through any challenges or uncertainty they face, empower them to achieve break-through performance, act as an objective bouncing board and hold them accountable to ensure their success.

I have a strong background in Finance in large Corporates so have seen first-hand what works in business and leadership (and what doesn’t).

There is so much pressure and anxiety to perform in our fast-paced world and I find that many leaders do not have the support of an objective party or even the space to work through whatever decision, challenge or opportunity they are facing. By offering this support and guidance through coaching, I take the pressure off and provide them with the focus and support they require to take action and progress forward.

I always hold steadfast to her my client’s goals and ensure they lead purposeful and energised lives with thriving careers and businesses.

I want them to be proud of their careers and businesses, to know that they have the best practices, strongest teams and best-in-class performance.
