I’m a Men’s Wellness Advocate, Speaker and Expert, who gets regularly featured on TIMES RADIO in the UK with Kait Borsay for her late night show - Time For Your Mind.

Before podcasting I was a school teacher but I soon realised my calling and followed Pat Flynn’s guidance to go podcasting following his online distance learning.

I finally launched the Hey Ryan Podcast Show in London, June 2021 (www.heyryanpodcast.com) which is all about Men, Anxiety & The Conversation.

I foundered a new hybrid event in South West London called MATC™ Conference. A fully live streamed event with in-person delegates who watch, listen and learn from speakers who share insights about life, obstacles and successes.

MATC™ (pronounced MATTS) is an acronym for Men, Anxiety & The Conversation. The Conference is a dynamic event we deliver three times a year, for anyone, but especially men, who need tips and life hacks to improve wellbeing and transmute the negative into positive results.

My mission is to see 10 Million break free from anxiety and live with purpose and direction. So, if you like what you’ve read so far, then get connected with one of my clubhouse rooms.
