🎈10+ years experience as international headhunter and career coach. Uber’s 1st recruiter outside of US in 2012. I’ve seen dozens of companies from the inside - big multinationals, small creative studios and hyper growth scale-ups. I’ve interviewed hundreds of people about their ambitions in work and life. And I’ve literally seen thousands of CVs.

Now I’m using this experience to help young professionals be more effective in the work place.
And I offer coaching during the interview process for internationals landing in Amsterdam.
