Servant of God, wife, author and Home Care Consultant with over 29 years experience in home care. I am an LPN and a manager of a home care agency in West Orange, NJ. With the help of the Lord, I began New Biginnings Home Care & Consulting in March of 2019 in which I assist individuals with starting their own home care business with guidance in the development of policies and procedures that follows best practice and make suggestions in how to structure the business in an efficient manner that will optimize profit. New Biginnings assist with audits of patients and employee records of established home care businesses aiding companies to remain in compliance with state regulations. NBHC&C assist agencies with credentialing with the various insurances.
