My name is Aronette Maria McCollum-Bacon, (AMMB). I love God and I love people. I aspire to inspire all. I have a dream that one day every individual, young or old, will be provided with equitable opportunities to live their best lives. I believe that every individual deserves a champion who guides them as they discover or rediscover their God-Given gifts and their purpose in life.

I am a former army officer, a military spouse, a military parent and a lifelong learner and educator. I am committed to and passionate about motivating, engaging, encouraging, educating and empowering people. I believe that individuals who are motivated, engaged, encouraged, educated and empowered “CAN”.

I am a positively proud Independent Paparazzi Consultant and the proud founder and CEO of Lean On Us where we are champions for growth and wellness. We build relationships with your needs. We intercede and become the bridge that connects what you have with what you need to succeed.
