I'm unapologetically Pro Black. I'm a Black Nationalist and Pan Africanist. I'm also a MAGA fan: Make Africa Great Again!

I am the Chairman and CEO of Temple Rose Holding Company Inc., a Black-owned and controlled holding company. We invest in and own operating companies as we create an ecosystem to support the Black Community to become self-sufficient, self-reliant, and self-determinant.

We are also creating a new type of legal structure called a "Closed Private Crowdfunding Network", where like-minded people can practice cooperative group economics (aka crowdfunding) on steroids with little if any oversight by the SEC.

Follow me to get notified when I create a room to talk about our mission, vision, and values, as well as our plan (and some strategies) to rebuild Black communities, starting in Detroit as our template. You might ask "Who in the hell is Michael Evans and why should I listen to what he has to say?" Good question.

I graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Economics. While in college I was a Black activist and during the 1992 L.A. riots I was involved with the Blood and Crips, as well as the Nation of Islam. I have more than 25 years of developing and managing complex operational and financial systems, including being the former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Santa Barbara County's Mental Health Department for 3 years where I developed and managed all aspects of a $106 million operating budget. I've also been the CFO for a nonprofit in Santa Barbara where I was responsible for an $11.5 million endowment fund.
