I Currently live in Cyprus and serve as Head of HR and Operations for a tech company, bringing over 10 years of diverse HR experience to the team. My area of expertise includes building HR compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development, Implementing workforce planning, organizational development, change management, employee coaching, employee relations, leadership development, and HR strategy.

I began my corporate career answering telephones and quickly asked the CEO for more responsibility because if I continued with this role I would quickly grow bored and soon quit, I knew I was capable of more and wanted to use my skills, I was promoted into several roles throughout my tenure. Through my different roles I gained knowledge in how each department worked and what they needed to grow.
