My life is my job as a Concierge:

Got my bachelor in Tourism Management in Brussels 1999: since than I didn’t stop traveling
(🌍60 countries so far) and being interested in other countries & cultures (as a woman of course always very curious😉)

Worked as Concierge & Guest Relations in 🇧🇪,🇪🇸& 🇩🇪 for different hotel groups:
Accor, Barceló Hoteles, Marriott, Mandarin Oriental, Rocco Forte

Member of Les Clefs d’Or Germany since 2003
(currently @the Severin’s Resort & Spa at Sylt)

I love to organize luxury customized trips for my guests and I am really well connected throughout the hotel industry worldwide.
