✳️ Practicing Daily Gratitude has definitely changed my life and perspective on how I view life.

✳️ I 💖 love 💜helping others find there voice. You are who you are meant to be and there are no accidents in this thing we call life. You end up where your soul serves its highest purpose.

✳️Don’t live in fear of finding where you belong. Trust me I have been there and I’m so grateful I came out the other side a better version of myself.

✳️ Today I find myself living with the same autoimmune disease that took my sisters life 6 1/2 years ago.

✳️ I am a disabled medical professional, wife, mom to my son Justin, and my niece Rachel.

✳️ Rachel has cerebral palsy and lost both parents to liver disease. She’s been mine ever since I made a promise to my sister to love her like she’s my own child.

✳️ I have had four spinal surgeries. Due to a drunk driver changing my life.
