At least 25 years of therapy workshops , counselling, mountains of self help books. Healed my wounds, trauma , co dependency hah welcome to the human race right! Really did they work through a mother lode of issues. Now I feel so amazing 🔥light and bright💪 all I want to do is share my tool box.🌀❇️
