Hugely interested in how positive psychology can help us in life.

My first career was in a sales role - selling foreign exchange and money market instruments. Still really taken by the world of selling.

Now in my mid 60's, and loads still to do. Now 41 years married, 5 kids, 3 grandkids and another due very soom.

Love motorcycling - helps clear the mind. It's different on a bike.

Cooking and football also feature highly.
