I help women who have experienced trauma, whatever that trauma may be, to manage their trauma responses - there are so many! - and ultimately become open to experiencing joy again.

I hold space for women in a supportive FB community, Women in the Arena, Daring to Heal 💕.

I’m passionate about creating a world where women do not need to be afraid just because they’re women.

I work predominantly with women who have been through some form of therapy and feel that they are still stuck, numb, unable to experience joy.
