Started impact investing program within Shinsei Bank Group in 2017 in Japan, currently operating 2 impact investing funds, so-called “Childcare Support Fund” and “HATARUKU (means work in Japanese) FUND”, investing into social startups in childcare, elder care and work life innovations related sectors. Theory of Change of the fund is to create a diverse way of work and life.
Childcare Support Fund is the first impact investing fund for Japanese Bank Group.

*Private Equity Investing
More than 15ys involved in private equity sectors covering venture investment, buyout investments, fund investment and strategic investments for Shinsei Bank Group, investment committee members for various fund and board directors/supervisor of portfolio and GP companies.
