In addition to being a Speaker, coach and author, I am an eternal optimist, highland dancer, blue belt in karate and swear I will never grow up.

My background includes a business degree, CPA designation, decades of entrepreneurship, and years as a financial advisor.

I can speak to the fact that surviving a mentally abusive marriage Is far more traumatizing than having the husband shoot himself in front of you.
More importantly, I know that happiness is only ever a thought away.
