🤓 The first year I jumped on board, we doubled in size. My second year, we outlived COVID-19 (and many of our local competitors) with zero layoffs or pay cuts. Now we are in year three, with even MORE apartments than we have ever had! 😱
📈 Directly running 55 apartments, simultaneously overseeing 110+, leading a team of 25, and all of those numbers just continue to GROW! 🌱

I didn’t come from privileged background. 🎓A college education wasn’t really an option. Entering immediately into the work force seemed to be the only means to pursuing my dream of being a musician. 🎸 And along that path, I discovered that Leadership was in my bones. 🦴 One management position to another, I’m here now. Paying my OWN way for musical education. 🎶🎵
