Harshavarthan Maran, who is called a Harsha - a dreamer who haves the power to convert his dreams into action and think it is his passion. He is the founder of spotknack, a recognized startup by startup in India, in the year 2018. which is acting as a bridge between the students and the companies. He is currently working on a SaaS platform. His motto is "A RIGHT PERSON SHOULD ENTER INTO A RIGHT JOB". It all started in that way and his life begins here. not only him, He and his team predominantly believe that when students find their passionated job why does the term called "Termination' is still alive.

"If an individual who searches for a job which is prevalent to their skills and passion why does termination happens in the companies, it should fade away one day". He is confident about the student's entrepreneurs and student innovators are a powerful tool that is transforming out the country and going to do a lot more things. He has the trust that people do smart work to accelerate their dreams. If dreams are real hard works is real and if the hard works are real then definitely it faces the success.

Everyone has a dream, everyone has a wish, but no one can understand or work for your dreams. you can only work out your dreams in a better way as you wish. keep your dreams alive and work on it. wait for a click. According to him A Person's designation or position should react only to his Thought Process, not in the character or attitude to lead the team in a healthy way. A good team is the basement of success, in that way the passionated employees will work hard wherever he works and whatever the situations may.' Give Up' is the word which he never likes, his advice is should not give up even when you continuously meet up a failure if the effort is taken also. failure is another learning to do something much better and different.
