Founder and CEO of the Howard and Elizabeth Caldwell Foundation (HEC) A nonprofit charitable organization in Baltimore City.

HEC creates and produces educational, recreational and social programs that empower and enrich the lives of our youth and families in urban communities.

🎓 We offer scholarships to graduating seniors with a disability who have an active IEP or 504 plan and pursuing higher education in Baltimore City Public Schools.
☕️ We host “Coffee and Connections,” a parent support group for parents that have scholars with disabilities.
