Explosively defined and progressive in leadership, and having elevated from the entry level workforce populous through several high ranking executive positions, I have grown to understand with depth many of the nuisances of leadership and leadership development.

I have also developed advanced skills in agency-wide operational policy development, implementation, and management, effectively influencing and overseeing a cumulative workforce population of approximately 10 thousand staff.

Simultaneously serving as an Intergovernmental liaison Instrumental in workforce Union and Labor Relations contract negotiations. Inclusively, with 12+ years of In-depth public/media relations and crisis management communications experience.
