Bio

Agu, Prince Osinayah (pen/stage name: happyprince) is an experimental poet, performing/performance artist, programme manager, public speaker, founder, couturier, singer-song writer, human.


For over a four year period, I have indulged myself in the creative writing of poems, short stories and polemics and publishing same on my Facebook and blog pages, Osinayah HappyPrince Agu and happyprinceblog respectively. During this period I have also spearheaded the establishment of a poetry club, Aba Poetry Club, in the beautiful city of Aba. The club which is currently affiliated with National Museum of Colonial History, Aba, has delivered a number of literary projects such as A Thousand Love Letters, Roadside Notes, Aba is A Story, 1929, and the maiden Aba Literary Festival , (ALF). I have recently hosted my first solo performance, Musings of A Madman on my birthday, 2nd April, and hope to do more. I tell stories on and off stage.
