Entrepreneur. - Thangamayil Jewellery Limited.

I started my career in counter sales in our one and only store in 2004, learnt the process of sales, customer relations, employee relations, product knowledge.

I was given the opportunity to explore near by towns to expand our retail stores, with a small team we had continuous weekend exhibitions for 6 months, it was a great learning for me.

We established our first branch in 2006 and currently 47 retail stores in Tamilnadu and still more in pipeline.

One big milestone in 2010, our company's IPO, we were the first in retail jewellery industry in India to go for an IPO. Our company market cap was 100 cr, in 2021 it is 1000 cr, working towards 10,000 cr market cap by 2030.

In the the course of time till today I have had lot of learnings and real time experience in field of Sales, Customer experience, HR, Technology, Supply Chain, Administration.

In last 2 to 3 years we have brought in professionals in each functions of business to handle daily operations and build their team for the next leap. We invest on team and technology.

Still long way to go and our goals till 2025 have been fixed and our entire team is working towards that.

Being in business along with larger family in same business, I have had immense experience in the thought process of my elders and approach towards our company's goal.
