Visiting ports in Pacific and Indian Oceans from Tarawa in Kiribati to Port Louis in Mauritius, I have been working for fishery sustainability for more than 6 years, including observers/inspectors for coastal fishery, auditor and project manager for fishery traceability project and MSC certification, and consultant for fishery improvement projects and various certifications. Interested and working in Issues including fishery resources, environmental impacts by bycatch, fishery management, & social practice onboard vessels.

曾參與台灣沿近海漁業MCS計畫駐八斗子港，也曾造訪印尼「安汶漁港」、韓國「釜山港」、吐瓦魯「富納富提港」、巴布亞紐幾內亞「拉包爾港」、馬紹爾群島「馬朱羅港」、密克羅尼西亞「波納佩港」、塞席爾「維多利亞港」、模里西斯「路易港」、斐濟「蘇瓦港」、吉里巴斯「塔拉瓦港」，現駐派「高雄港」，一生與海洋共舞，致力吸盡遠洋、近海漁業知識，專注於遠洋漁業永續發展與遠洋漁業勞工權利發展。
