I lost over 70 lbs and took control of my life over the past 2 years.

💦It takes hard work and painful healing. Fad diets do not work because they are not sustainable and do not target the root cause of dissatisfaction with your body.

Change your mindset in order to change your outcome.

Once you understand the relationship you have with food, your body and your spirit, you can strengthen the power you have over your mind, body and spirit.

2020 was a year of immense loss, pain and isolation. We lost so many of our loved ones and struggled often in silent. Join me in sharing powerful messages of communal healing and positivity by sending letters, artwork, quotes, lyrics, etc. to people who could use a reminder of the goodness in the world.
