👸🏻 International Pageant Queen winner from Wiltshire, England with 11 years of pageant experience. Most famously known for winning Young European International Ms whilst being 5 months pregnant and being the first British winner of the Young Miss International Spokesmodel title.

💫 Founder of Sparkles and Rhinestones, a pageant coaching service that also provides advice, pageant positivity sharing stories and interviews with UK Pageant Queens. We have coached girls to win their National crowns, internationals pending.

📚 Author of “The Ultimate Pageant Handbook”, the UK’s first pageant handbook sharing everything you need to know about UK Pageantry.

✍🏼 Pageant Platform- Mental Health. Through pageantry I have advocated for a better understanding of mental health, being a Time to Change Champion as well as host my own MH Podcast called Queen Chats. Through my social platform I educate on different aspects in mental health and normalising talking about our lows and our highs.

💋 Body Positivity advocate, celebrating that pageantry is not one size fits all! I teach confidence sessions through pageantry that help fundraise for MH Charities.

👩🏼‍💻 Mum to one mini diva, qualified personal trainer and have a degree in Classical History. Love writing, creating plus size fashion content for TikTok and inspiring others in pageantry by helping them achieve their goals and believe in themselves 💕
