✍️ Frans has been in F&B Industry for over 20 years, possessing experience in operations, events, services & retail management, projects and having work at various hotel management roles in Australia, a Non-Profit Organization.

Frans 🔙 to Jakarta, 🇮🇩 and start his career journey with 🍜 Singaporean Hawker Food concept – Chatterbox Café then move to Italian Pizza Restaurant concept Pizza Marzano-Pizza Express.
Frans was part of a team that helped Pizza Marzano-Pizza Express to win 2 prestigious awards :

Development Award in 2009

2010.

🆙 Frans was involved in gaining experience at multiple departments such as : Operations, Training and Marketing in Pizza Marzano-Pizza Express.
✒️ Aside from restaurants, Frans has also worked for the International Luxury lifestyle brand Harvey Nichols, in Indonesia.

🍕He joined Domino’s Pizza Indonesia in 2010 as Ops Manager then 2015
leads a team as the National Business Excellence Manager.
Frans was an instrumental in launching and maintaining the World Manager Communication Platform for employee engagement and has formed a dedicated Repair & Maintenance team and a New Store Opening team to standardize new store opening administration. The Project Leader for the Mystery Shopper Program, which assists in optimizing operations and obtaining customer feedback.
🛠 He also handle position as Head of Project, ⚜️Design and construction for Domino’s Pizza Indonesia.

🥞In 2017, He’s developed Denny’s for Indonesia on and ensure successful opening 1st and 2nd restaurants in Jakarta, Indonesia
