I believe in radical honesty, given with good intentions to those who seek it out...*always seeking to connect with anyone capable of reciprocal, equally well-intentioned radical honesty.
Persistently resilient while living through 20+ years of chronic illness, hospitalizations, misdiagnoses, surgeries, loss of major organs and... more. I'm still here.
Raised to believe in speaking truth to power & helping others to do the same; performative, passive activism didn't and doesn't exist for me; taking risks and leading by one's actions was and has always been the only path forward.
Anti-racist. Progressive, Democratic Socialist; considering formal change in party affiliation from D to WFP.
