Bio

Haley Parker is the dynamic Area Business Development Manager for #FairwaySouthwest at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in Phoenix, AZ. She was raised in Scottsdale, AZ with close ties to her Hawaiian heritage and roots. Haley brings her love of “ohana” and culture into every aspect of her life and work. She attended Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and has since spent 19 years in the mortgage space.

The first 10 of these were with a national mortgage company where she learned the ins and outs of the operations side of the industry. She ran a large department, trained loan officers, and moved on to successfully open branches nationwide.

For the last 5 years, Haley has been fiercely dedicated to creating an unparalleled company culture surrounding Fairway Southwest. Using her innate knowledge and understanding of marketing, Haley helps Fairway loan officers explore their “why” and use it to organically grow their teams and production. Haley’s principles place a huge emphasis on partnerships, education and execution, which is evident by the rapid growth explosion of the company over that time period.

Haley is a passionate industry leader, invested in helping everyone around her succeed - from the loan officers in her branches, to the marketing teams she coaches and the real estate agents she supports.
