Bio-
Jacob Haaland loves to share his knowledge and passion for all spirits. He started his beverage alcohol career in 2009 working as a sales rep in Southern California. After working his way through management at the distributor for 10 years he decided to pursue the “other” side of the business being a supplier. First with Constelltion brands as The SoCal Market Manager for SVEDKA vodka & also taking a role on the wine side for a brief time in the San Diego area. He then left and went on to a newer start up company Western Spirits where he held the role of Southern California Manager & Arizona State Manager. In 2016 he found himself an amazing opportunity in another startup called Samson & Surrey where he now holds the role of West Regional Manager overseeing 9 states representing 6 Craft Spirits brands in the portfolio. From his current position he has been able to learn and be educated hands on by each and every brand founder & distiller. With this hands on “family” dynamic workplace it has given him the ability to visit, learn, see, touch, teach and most importantly taste... all that this great career choice in Beverage Alcohol has to offer.
