I’m an avid conservationist, entrepreneur and learner/teacher. I work at Tompkins Conservation, own a restaurant in the Flint Hills region of Kansas, Ad Astra Food & Drink, and I am an adjunct instructor at Park University in the Hauptmann School of Public Affairs. I love being a part of wild nature with my husband. I volunteer for the Medical Reserve Corps of Greater Kansas City. Hobbies include baking wedding cakes, cooking, Pilates, kayaking, hiking, photography, painting, writing, travel and learning as much as I can from people and global experiences.
